Setup Process

Find steps and the process related to setting VerCord up for your server!

Invite VerCord

Before we go into further steps relating to setting the bot up, please invite VerCord to your server if you haven't already. You can do so by either:

• Clicking "Add App" on VerCord's profile

• Going to this link - Invite VerCord

Configure Channel & Role Permissions

In order for VerCord to properly work and secure your server, you need to configure some channels and roles.

• Channels

To setup a verification system, you'll need a verification channel. Start by creating a channel, in the channel settings, make sure that VerCord has access to "Send Message" and "View Channel". If VerCord doesn't have these permissions, the system won't be sent.

• Roles

To setup a verification system, you'll also need a verified role ( depending on which system you use ). Start by creating a role you want users to obtain when verifiying. Make sure VerCord's role is above that role otherwise VerCord won't be able to give that role to users.

Choose A System

We have 10 different verification systems for you to choose from. You can head over to Verification to find information about which one you want to use.

After choosing a system, run the command and follow the steps provided. Easy as that!
