Here are some situations that would require you to report a user to us:
Bot is known for raiding/nuking servers.
Bot is known to scam users.
Bot is promoting illegal services.
Bot is leaking personal information.
Bot is a fake/copy of another bot.
Anything you think that should be reported to us.
Here are two ways you can report a bot to our team:
Through Our Discord Server
If you're trying to report a bot through our , here is how you can properly do so.
Once you join the server, please head over to our #helpdesk channel and open a "Report" ticket. This will create a private ticket between you and our staff team. Once arriving in the newly created ticket channel, please read the message sent by VerCord Helper and follow the steps.
Through Our Contact Email
If you're trying to report a bot through our contact email, here is how you can properly do so.
Please contact our email ( contact@vercord.xyz ) and provide us with the following information:
— Your username & ID — Name & ID of the bot — Why you're reporting them — Proof of what they did
After doing so, please wait until you receive an email response. We don't have an exact time it will take for us to respond but we estimate around 12-24 hours. We ask that you not spam our email.
Through VerCord's Report Command
We offer a custom report command that allows users to report bots straight from Discord. All that is required is your Discord ID, the bot's Discord ID you're trying to report, and a reason for the report. The report will then get sent directly to our support server where staff will be directed to investigate all reports. While this happens, you'll receive direct DMs from VerCord regarding where your report has gone and what is happen ensuring you're up to date.
