Removal Process

If you are trying to remove a user or bot, whether that be someone you know or a bot you know, we take this process seriously. Depending on the reason you or your bot was added to the database, a removal may not be given.

Step 1

We only remove users or bots if contact is through email. If you try and contact us to remove yourself or a bot/user you know through our support Discord server or by messaging a staff, we will redirect you to our support email. Please email us - [e-mail]

Step 2

Please provide us with the following information in your email to us:

• Username + User ID of the user/bot requesting to be removed

• Reason for being added to the database ( If known )

• Reason we should remove you/your bot and what you will do to better your actions

Step 3

After emailing us with the required information, all you have to do is wait for a response. We don't provide an exact time it will take for us to respond but we can estimate 12-24 hours for us to respond. We ask that you don't spam our email and just patiently wait for a response.
