Report Reason

Here are some situations that we would classify a "bug" to be reported:

• VerCord stopped working.

• A feature isn't working properly.

• VerCord is providing the wrong information

Please head over to Easy Issue Fixes to figure out if it's a "bug" you can quickly fix or if it's a bug worth reporting to our team.

How To Report

Here are two ways you can report a bug to our team:

• Through Our Discord Server

If you're trying to report a bug through our Discord support server, here is how you can properly do so.

Once you join the server, please head over to our #helpdesk channel and open a "Report" ticket. This will create a private ticket between you and our staff team. Once arriving in the newly created ticket channel, please read the message sent by VerCord Helper and follow the steps.

• Through Our Contact Email

If you're trying to report a bug through our contact email, here is how you can properly do so.

Please contact our email ( [email protected] ) and provide us with the following information:

— Your username & ID — Information about the bug — Proof of what is happening — How it can happen

After doing so, please wait until you receive an email response. We don't have an exact time it will take for us to respond but we estimate around 12-24 hours. We ask that you not spam our email.
