Removal Process

If you or someone you know is already on one of our databases, it's for a proper reason. That being said, we have a process for removing users from our database(s). If you're looking to remove yourself or someone you know, please read the following information.

Step 1

We only remove users if contact is through email. If you try and contact us to remove yourself or someone you know through our support Discord server or by messaging a staff, we will redirect you to our support email. Please email us - [e-mail]

Step 2

Please provide us with the following information in your email:

• Username + User ID of the user requesting to be removed

• Reason for being added to the database ( If known )

• Reason we should remove you and what you will do to better your actions

Step 3

After emailing us with the required information, all you have to do is wait for a response. We don't provide an exact time it will take for us to respond but we can estimate 12-24 hours for us to respond. We ask that you don't spam our email and just patiently wait for a response.
